Services include but are not limited to obedience training, behavior modification, puppy wellness, holistic canine bodywork, wellness consultations, and online courses.
2. Client Responsibilities As a client, you agree to provide accurate information about your dog's needs, behavior, and health history. You must ensure that your dog is up to date on vaccinations and is in good health for in-person services.
3. Payment & Fees All fees for services are due at the time of booking or as specified in the service agreement. Refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Stripe, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Cash App Pay, and Link.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability While we make every effort to ensure a safe environment, DBo & Co., LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by your dog during in-person sessions, unless caused by our negligence.
6. Use of Website You agree to use the DBo & Co. website in a lawful manner and will not engage in any behavior that disrupts the functioning of the site. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
